Following the tradition of the Eberbach monks, we mainly cook with products originating from local and regional producers. Our monastery bread is made according to an old recipe. Despite all historical references, our cuisine is a modern interpretation of classic monastery food: fresh, wholesome, healthy, simply for today's tastes and claims.
